shall employ a firm of auditors approved in writing by the Immigration
Officer........" and in clause 15 "The General Agent shall employ
an accountant recommended by the auditors"
and it provides that
all cheques drawn on the special account shall be countersigned by
such firm of accountants. That agreement was executed on 22nd
January. Cn what date did you open your bank account?
